I ordered a skirt online. I had tried it on in a local store, but they did not have my size, so I looked for it online and found it through Editorialist. The skirt arrived quickly, but sadly, it did not fit either. I returned it via Fed Ex using the labels thar arrived with the skirt. The Editorialist customer service team was easy to contact and kept in touch with me regularly. And I received a full refund.
