Excellent customer service and transparency
Ordering, shipping were great. The brooch delivered quickly from By Malene Birger. Most importantly, I received multiple contacts from customer service (text, email) to confirm that I was aware of the tariff/duties charges and that I could cancel. I confirmed I was aware of needing to pay DHL prior to delivery. This is above and beyond. thank you. Will do business with you again.

Thought it was too good to be true
Thought it was too good to be true, and was skeptical of actually receiving authentic Gucci shoes at a lower price than online or in Nieman’s or Nordstrom - but Editorialist/Farfetch delivered. Literally!!! Received the real shoe, in my requested size, at a lower price and in less than 1 week!! Brillliant!!
