stuck in “awaiting confirmation” purgatory
I placed 2 orders on 4 days ago on Thursday. The order still says, “awaiting confirmation”. I emailed to see how long it takes to confirm the order. I have not received any word back from them. I am really disappointed in the lack of communication and how long this is taking, especially since some of the items are sure to sell out.
