Chloe, we're sorry — spending $25 and then getting stuck on the extension download is exactly the opposite of what should happen, and we understand the frustration. Install hiccups like this are almost always fixable in a couple of minutes with the right steps, and we really don't want your money to go to waste. Please reach out to our team on Discord and we'll get the extension working or make things right. Give us the chance to fix this for you.

Jonathan, we're sorry it stopped after such a good start — that's exactly the kind of thing we want to catch and fix quickly. When it works at first and then cuts out, it's usually something small on the setup side that our team can get running again fast. Please hop into our Discord, let us know when it stopped and which class you were in, and we'll get you back to that first-day experience. We'd really like to turn this bad experience around.

We're sorry about the trouble with your key, and we understand how frustrating it is to have your proof of purchase and still feel stuck. We really do want to help — key problems can usually be re-activated or resolved on our side, which often gets you working again even faster than a refund would. Please reach out to our team on Discord with your proof of purchase and ask for a lead if you need to, and we'll take another look and do right by you.

Rj, we're sorry your week key never landed in your inbox — that's frustrating when you've paid and you're ready to go. This is usually a quick fix (a resend, or a small typo in the email address), and since you have your proof of purchase, our team can get your key to you fast. Please reach out on Discord and we'll make sure you get the full week you paid for. We don't want you waiting on something you already bought.

Buely, we're really sorry — waiting hours for help and then feeling brushed off is not the support experience we want to stand behind, and we appreciate you calling it out honestly. We want to do better here, and we'd genuinely like to solve whatever wasn't working for you in the first place. Please reach back out on Discord and ask for a team lead directly, and we'll make sure you're looked after properly this time. Feedback like this is how we improve.

Kkc, we're sorry — trying to buy twice and hearing nothing back is a genuinely bad experience, and we understand why it felt like a scam. Email can occasionally slip through the cracks, which is exactly why our Discord support tends to be much faster and more reliable. Please reach out there with your purchase attempts and we'll look into it and make it right — including sorting out any charge that didn't go through properly. We don't want to leave you out of pocket.
