I’ve been using this app after opening my trading account, and so far everything has been smooth. The app is easy to navigate, and the deposit and withdrawal process has been convenient. Good overall experience.

I'm not sure what kind of practices this company is using, but they must be stopped! I was referred to this company by another lender that stated this company is fairly easy to get a business loan with, since they don't go off your credit score and as long as you have a business account to verify your business activity, then mainly they will approved you. Clearly that is not the case here! I received an email early this morning stating my loan was declined due to background check. Background check?!! From Whom?!!! (Their is no disclaimer from this company that a background will conducted and by whom by the way). I know my record is clear, so I immediately was curious as I was thinking someone has stolen my identity, so I wanted to know what came back. What I believe was the underwriting department emailed me back was Ludacris! The person stated I have been charged with armed robbery, forgery, and theft! Totally false and so far no one was able to provide me with a copy of that background check. (Scam likely, or a victim of discrimination!) When I called the company, I asked who do they use to perform background checks, the lady informed me they use a company called TLO (I assumed it's from Transunion since it seems like she was trying to be careful with the information she was giving me.) I asked for a phone number, and it told me she did not have a number for this business and to look it up on Google. I called TLO which they informed me they have a background system that companies use privately, but not the sake of running thorough background check for the purpose of loans. I am only here laying out this information for anyone out there who has been mislead or may have been discriminated by this company and their misconduct of how they are running their business. You can not go around falsely accusing someone of criminal acts without full disclosure of consumer rights. If you are going to do background checks, a person has the right to know where the information is coming from and to receive a copy of it, incase false information is found. This company should be shut down and not allowed to offer any kind of services to the public!

Be careful abt this scaming company , I deposited money this moning and they told me to deposit more money bcz my account wasn't active for 24hrs and they will never tell you abt their hidden fees bt the only thing they do , once you put more money in their system they will demand more money , be warned
