Our client is a top 30 P&C Insurance Broker. In support of an acquisition and subsequent data migration, we subcontracted eDesk to handle the manual migration of Client Data, Policy Data, Producer Data and Certificates to the client's agency management system (Vertafore AMS360). Edesk has been great for our agency. We're actually using two Virtual assistant companies presently and we see a night and day difference between Edesk and the other company that we use. Edesk does a great job following up on items they need to complete tasks given to them, they check in when a project is partially completed to make sure they are doing things the way that we want, and their end product is great.
