I didn't receive anything yet, and it's been almost 4 weeks. They said it would take 2-3 weeks.

Don’t spend money to buy a crushed bag! I have waited more than one month to receive my briefcase. But I am sooooo disappointed after opening it! It is crushed and has lots of wrinkles! The bag is not well protected, only covered by a thin plastic bag. I doubt I will use this crushed briefcase for my trip. Totally waste my money

Need to offer size 10 shoes and boots please.

I spent around 80$ for a bag, and the quality is super horrible. I am Chinese and this is the standard “taobao” bag that gets made and shipped from china that you can purchase for $5. I wanted to return it but you pay for international return fee, around $20-30 depending on where, really not worth it at all. The bag also has chemical smells and is still and can’t fit anything.

I have bought items in the past and it would take months to arrive. The bag designs are cute, but not durable. Will start deteriorating after a couple months. They also do not have SHOES in stock but will sell them anyways. After two months of no shipping/tracking info, I contacted them for a refund and THEN they created a shipping label That day and responded with: “ Due to your failure to provide your handling advice in time, the warehouse will arrange the shipment according to your order record after your package is restored to inventory. After arranging the shipment, we will not be able to modify the order status of in transit packages. If you need to cancel, please arrange the return procedure after the package arrives at the destination. When we receive the returned package, we will arrange a refund for you.” Whoever is in customer service needs to get reconsider doing something else. Don’t sell something and claim it as in stock when it’s not even produced. It is manufactured in China so the labor costs are lower. The tracking is non-responsive if you are ordering shoes.

I recently bought a lucky box of 2 bags, the description on the official site claims that I would have received two of any bag of the brand of the same value shown on the site, BUT instead I have received a little pochet with paillettes that reminds me of the ones my grandma used, which clearly is NOT by the ecosusi brand, meanwhile the other one is 2nd or even 3rd hand used crossbag, which came dirty and ruined. Both of them are absolutely nowhere near the style I have seen on the official site. The funny thing is I cannot even ask for a refund. Absolutely one of the worst experience I had while shopping online.

Prices are displayed in pounds but they don't deliver to a lot of places, including islands right next to them, but still able to ship to the US. Pretty ridiculous policy.

Sono rimasta molto delusa dalla manifattura del prodotto, il quale oltretutto sembra avere un marchio differente dal brand ecosusi, cosa che non è stata affatto accennata sulla descrizione del prodotto. Tralasciando le tempistiche lentissime, che però sono anche causa dell'emergenza covid. Purtroppo sento di non aver ricevuto la qualità che mi aspettavo avendo scorso sulla pagina Instagram e sul sito d'acquisto. Grazie.
