I had to send them an e-mail one month after ordering a bag because I haven't got any news from them and the bag wasn't sent. They sent it the day after receiving my mail. I just received the bag, good quality, good looking. It's just not appropriate to just get your money and don't send the bag or whatever until we sent an e-mail to complain. I really think that if I didn't said anything i'll not have my bag yet. That's why i'm giving it a bad review.

Me gustaría poder hablar de sus productos, pero el problema es que no me han llegado. Realicé un pedido a través de la web de Ecosusi, todo fue correcto y se confirmó que el paquete llegaba a la empresa de mensajería. 1 semana después de que la empresa de transporte recibiera el paquete, sigo sin tenerlo en mi poder. Escribí al servicio de atención al cliente de Ecosusi para indicar la incidencia, también les decía que en los datos de seguimiento constaba que llevaba 2 días en reparto, la empresa de reparto no contesta o me da mensajes de que hablaran con el mensajero, y me dirijo hacia ellos para que puedan hablar con dicha empresa, únicamente se remiten a darme el número de seguimiento. En 2 ocasiones he contactado con Ecosusi sin obtener ningún tipo de ayuda, a pesar de que la compra se la he realizado a ellos, y no a la empresa de transporte, no veo mayor interés por su parte. No recomiendo en absoluto comprar productos a esta empresa, una vez han cobrado se desentienden totalmente.

Still haven’t got my package after 3 months

I bought a bag from Ecosusi a few years ago, but the quality was very poor. The bag was squeaky and very badly made, despite their claims that they only offer great quality. I contacted them and they refunded me, but I wish they would improve their quality. I love that they don't use actual animal skin, but there are much better quality vegan leathers out there. Not to mention they also offer silk products, which are highly unethical, and they don't disclose what their products are made out of other than vague descriptions like 'vegan leather'.

Till date, I have not receive my order and no updates.

My item took a while to get here, given it was international shipping that's to be expected. But I was disappointed when one of the clips arrived frozen, wouldn't move my latch hangs on to it. I messaged support right away with a price match to their cheaper Amazon listing & got a speedy response for a picture. However, it's been days no with no response to any action being done & international return labels are almost as expensive as the bag, which would take another month to get a non defective bag.

This company is based in China - not UK which it stated on the site when when I bought a pair of shoes. I ordered a pair of UK size 7 shoes - which are more like a UK size 5!? I can't even get my feet into them. I asked about returns / refund and have been to told to post them back to China! I will have to pay for the postage! Really bad.

I followed exactly the size chart on the website and i got sandals that are big, but i’m still supposed to pay for the return fees, if your sizing is wrong don’t recommend people to follow it , if i had ordered my usual size it would have been fine, it’s now up to me to figure the whole exchange thing, i would not be recommending the website or products obviously.
