Hi Norma, Thank you for your review. We'd love to clarify the differences in our Onyx product so you can better understand why our product is superior. 1. Their comparable product "Vaporizer Juice" is an Isolate (includes 1 cannabinoid) where ours is Full Spectrum which contains over a dozen beneficial cannabinoids. This is the largest difference between the products... 2. When comparing simply "CBD" in MG per ML the difference is very minor 27 vs 35 (looking at the latest lab results) so the double cost idea isn't truly valid. 3. When comparing cost, you're looking at 7ml VS 10ml of total liquid, and again they aren't giving you the same cannabinoids in their products. While this might not be something that is clear to all viewers, the effect you get by using a Full Spectrum extract and saying "Does it work, yes" is truly why our product works and others don't. Full Spectrum VS Isolate. We have a variety of lesser/greater MG per ML Full Spectrum products that range in price. If you find that Onyx doesn't meet your needs, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to go over our other products to find something more suitable to your needs.

While Onyx is more of an immediate relief supplement, the capsules provide whole body benefits if taken over a period of time in a routine of your preference. This would explain why it might not have been strong enough for your needs. Our customer service department would love to talk with you and share the differences between our product line up. Kristen, We apologize for any confusion you might have about the differences in the products we offer. We're glad you reached out to us for clarification though. Hopefully the information below will assist you going forward. Also check out our FAQ page for general questions as we add to that page regularly. A majority of our hemp products including Onyx, are full spectrum with concentrated levels of CBD. They do include natural ingredients which contains trace amounts of THC, but below the legal limit of 0.3%. Hemp based CBD in Isolate powder or isolate crystals has gone through an extraction process to remove THC, so it contains 0.0% THC and usually has natural ingredients removed as well which are beneficial. We have 3rd party lab test results available on our website for each of our products to show all of the ingredients. You can see how much of each specific nutrient the product contains in these tests.
