Dissatisfaction but satisfied with operations mangers handling.
I would like to thank Brad for reaching out and the support that was given in handling of the shipping process. Ecoscience handled the issue Fantasticly and I will be working with them in the future. The products are working wonderfully. I use them as a disabled Veteran to manage my pain and PTSD.I have updated this review to reflect I placed my order and 11 days later still had not received order. I even paid for expedited shipping. I spoke with operations manager and he apologized and shipped out overnight a replacement order which I give him a 5star review for how he handled it. My dissatisfaction is with the door to door process. Needs great improvement.

We went ahead and sent you another shipment 1/11/2021 and expedited shipping on us, it was delivered 1/12/2021. Unfortunately we cannot control shipping companies delivery times (USPS/UPS/FedEx) and they are experiencing delays across the country. As a veterinarian with a chocolate lab…
As a veterinarian with a chocolate lab with severe osteoarthritis I can attest that the difference the Ecopet bacon sublingual has made a noticeable difference. Although she is on other medication it wasn’t till I used this product about three months ago that I noticed a dramatic increase in her mobility and endurance For her it’s all about the ball and we close to the point of having to limit her playing until I tried this and now I can barely keep up with her. I am a bit of a skeptic and have tried others but this visibly actually works.
