So far so good I've had the theme for 1 website and just purchased it for a second. Neither team of mine has a large (or any) software engineers so I need a theme that is robust and easy to use and this theme is exactly that. On the extreme off chance that I can't find what I'm looking for in their extremely helpful FAQ docs with descriptions and videos showing how to use each feature, I can email their team following their precise rules and I get an answer within 24 hours, usually shorter. And often times, I get a fix as a result without having to do anything to the code. This theme is also much more affordable and I've had them do custom work as well, all with relative ease. If I had a 3rd website, I'd probably move it over to the ecomify theme as well.
