Absolutely avoid at all costs! Ordered a swimming pool. Received no invoice, I emailed and did get responses however, not useful nor infromative. Many emails sent and minimal information gained. Cancelled the order, no refund no cancellation number, no money back within the time frame stated by the company. They said a refund wouls be given in 3 days, nothing. I asked for a date for refund the response "you'll get it in sometime". Luckily I remembered I paid via pay pal who are now sorting a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS! I wish I had, and I've learnt the hard way. My son chose a scooter he wanted to buy with his birthday money, so I ordered it from Ecomliv. I received an order confirmation, but after the advertised delivery time passed, there was still no tracking information. After chasing them several times on live chat, I was eventually given a FedEx tracking number. I waited in all day for the delivery, only to receive an email saying it had been delivered. When I contacted FedEx, they confirmed that the tracking number I had been given did not belong to my name or address and was actually linked to someone else's parcel. I contacted Ecomliv again and was promised a refund within 2–3 working days. I also received an email confirming that my order had been cancelled and that my money would be refunded. That refund never arrived. Since then, every time I contact their live chat and provide my order number, the chat is ended without any help. The website still shows my order as "being processed" despite the cancellation email. My son has lost his birthday money, and I have had to ask my bank to investigate and try to recover the funds. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to avoid this company. Please read the reviews before ordering—I only wish I had.

SCAM do not buy. Products don't exist. Refunds not given. Fobbed off repeatedly by "customer service" making up lies

holy shit i wish i had seen the trustpilot reviews before giving my money to this scam. i paid £168 for a swimming pool and received nothing for weeks. they then promised a “refund” purely from just their word with no legitimate documents and surprise surprise i have not gotten a penny back. all i can hope is that my bank will trust me and give me my money back. genuine scum of the earth, i feel for all the people that feel victim to this disgusting group of people.

AVOID‼️‼️‼️‼️ Avoid this company at all costs!!! They are a scam company!!! They oversell a product to good to be true, make you believe it’s posted with tracking and it never arrives!! I am still waiting for my refund, they should be struck off for scamming people and kids out of items you will never receive‼️‼️‼️

Avoid this company. I ordered a swimming pool on 12 July 2026 and paid £273.49. I was promised delivery within 5–8 business days, but the order was never dispatched and I was never given a tracking number. I contacted the company repeatedly and received different excuses and changing explanations. Eventually, they confirmed that my order had been cancelled and promised a refund within 2–3 days. However, the refund was still not processed promptly, and they delayed sending the cancellation confirmation to Klarna, creating even more problems. I had to spend a huge amount of time contacting the merchant and Klarna and providing evidence of everything. The whole experience was extremely stressful, frustrating and completely unacceptable. I would give ZERO stars if possible. In my personal experience, this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with online. I strongly advise people to be extremely careful before ordering from this company.
