DO NOT PURCHASE ENGAGEMENT RINGS HERE
I purchased an engagement ring from 'ecogemsjewelry.com.' Everything went smoothly until I sent the ring for resizing. When I received it back, I noticed that the ring was slightly deformed, and one of the small diamonds on the side had fallen out. I contacted them to explain the issue, but they refused to take responsibility and review the evidence.
