Not transparent, disappointing, overpriced
The experience was disappointing due to cost transparency issues, delays, and unresolved disputes, and it has left me hesitant to recommend the service. The glasses themselves are fine - nothing overwhelming for being over engineered, and the materials themselves change over time so the precise fitting becomes irrelevant as the frames shift themselves leaving the product not resilient and requiring expensive repairs. Absolutely not worth the investment.
