the battery never arrived
We never got the battery. Yes, I saw a refund; however, it would have been nice to have been contacted as to why I was being refunded and why the battery was not being sent. Thank you for the clarification.

Hi Marci, your money has been refund because of Rad Power bikes Upgraded their systerm. Our Battery might not fit. Kindly check your payment card and see if you get the money back? Best regards, Ebike Replacement Battery
