Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing your case, we found that two separate orders were placed on different days, both of which were processed and shipped promptly. We understand that this may have been unintentional. Today we issued a refund for one of the orders and asked that you kindly donate the extra set to someone who could use it, without the need to return it. We apologize for any delay in the refund process; as soon as we discovered the issue, we promptly issued the refund to ensure it was successfully processed. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding.

Hello. Our sincere apologies for the delay as we have not heard from the manufacturer regarding their processing of the return. Sometimes they take longer than expected, however, in an effort to not make you wait any longer we have moved forward and issued the full refund. We will reach out to the manufacturer next week to figure out what their delay is. Thank you for your understanding and we hope we have provided an outcome that is satisfactory.

Dear Ms Benson - We understand your frustration and have been responsive since your initial email. Handling a defective item return 4 months after your purchase is difficult with our suppliers, but we were willing to make the effort for you. The order was placed on 09/01/2023, order shipped on 09/05/0203, and you received the lamp on 09/13/2023. We received the first email from you indicating damage to the lamp on 01/12/2024. We promptly responded to that email, however, when responding to your emails, we never received responses back. We’re not sure if email deliverability was an issue here, but we did make a real effort to work with you on this. Quick and timely communication is something we strive to achieve - we’re sorry you were not receiving our messages, but we need your help to get these issues resolved.

Hi Cheryl! We apologize - this was an honest mistake in our order processing system, we failed to refund the original shipping.
