I've been eating these meals for over 5 years. They are excellent. I am a business owner and don't have a lot of time. If I didn't buy these meals, I'm sure I would make bad food choices and overeat. These are perfectly portioned with clean ingredients. I love that I can eat healthy in minutes. I will pay a little more for convenience, taste and quality.
