I ordered 3 plants 10 days ago and have yet to receive any updates without contacting them 1st. They continue to state that it is in process in their facility. Really? Poor customer service! I called and only get voicemail, no one has returned my call.

Ordered bulbs and a plant. All said available and all are in season. Weeks went by. Emailed them about it, they said my order had been in "batch processing" and was currently being being packaged for shipment. Another week goes by no update. They then claim non of that happened and I had a my plant was a pre-order. It was not when I ordered it. I ensured I made no pre-orders when making this order on purpose. The listing also still has no pre-order status on their listing. Poor service. Still waiting for bulbs and plant. Shop elsewhere.

Three times is ENOUGH! I have purchased bulbs and rhizomes from this vendor 3 times over 5 years, and I have only been disappointed. The first order was for 6 Veltheimia bulbs - which all grew (with virus!) and had to be discarded. The second order was for Amaryllis belladonna (white ones). They arrived as mummified, hollowed out husks of bulbs. Then the most recent order was for Achimene rhizomes. Both cultivars arrived dried up, withered and brittle packets of scales. I would not order anything from this vendor again.

I have ordered the same plant from them 2 years in a row. The bulbs are bad and do not produce. 1st year they gave me a refund, this year I didn't even bother. Just go elsewhere in the future.

I ordered 3 orange giraffe dahlia's and one of the tubers was broken. I did receive my money back less the $12 shipping. I planted the other 2 and when they came bloomed they were not the orange giraffe but a pink dahlia that was not even listed on their website.

I ordered 2 climbing onion bulbs. They came with no direction on care. I emailed them immediately, no response. I emailed them again. I am still waiting.

This company sent me the wrong Amaryllis bulb. These bulbs take a long time to bloom, so I was very disappointed after waiting many weeks to find the bulb was not at all what I ordered. My sister who lives in a different state ordered the same bulb, and got the wrong one like I did. I have tried emailing and calling the company, and they don’t get back to me.
