Shipping schedule is of no use, CS is no help, can give no info other than refer you to site. Site Says for zone 6 "Begins in late March/early April". It is May 6th and still no shipping notice. In other words we'll get to ya when we get to ya.

I have purchased before and not been satisfied and should have learned my lesson. This time I have paid for plants that have never arrived nor been confirmed they have shipped. I have learned my lesson, never again.

I hope this company gets jail time for their incompetence. First of all, customer service is a complete joke... They answer the phone will hello? Like okay who am I calling? Can you confirm I've got customer service on the line? It took 3 weeks to get my order which needed to be planted like weeks ago and guess what? It wasn't even my order. It was some random person's packing slip and even their name and info on the box and somehow they slapped my shipping label on the box. What the... Like I'm seriously appalled at how stupid you can be. I better be getting a refund. The lady needs to wait to see if my order shipped. Like who cares? If I'm not receiving it- I need a refund. Going to file a chargeback. Horrible company. The bulb in the box I did get looks like garbage so I'm sure all my roots would have been anyway.

I bought a dozen+ Japanese Iris last fall, and planted them the day they arrived. Come Spring - nothing. The 100+ ensatas I already have are growing stongly, but nothing from the Easy To Go bulbs. I wrote to customer service and received a response almost 2 weeks later, asking repeatedly how I had planted. The final response was on well - then nothing. Plant your cash in lieu of product from Easy Go Bulbs.

Never received product and no customer service responses

I ordered Wineberrycandy daylilies in May of 2025 and I received a bag of dried up root husks....no packing dates on the bag...the bag looked like it might have been from the previous years crop...you could tell that they had been in that bag a LONG TIME! I have a yard full of daylilies purchased from multiple sources and have been growing them for 40 years and this is the worst purchase I have ever made...I would not buy anything else from them...I was so disappointed, I really wanted those daylilies.

Ordered 10 siberian iris. Received three rhizomes, maybe bearded iris. No picture of what i received no packing slip. Repeated emails stating problem with zero response.

I ordered over $50 worth of paperwhite bulbs … only 2 of them bloomed …it takes about 6 weeks to bloom when forced in pebbles…so when I asked for a refund they said I was out of the window for a refund… and they couldn’t find my order!!!!!I have purchased paperwhite bulbs from other companies and NEVER HAD BULBS THAT didnt bloom…THEY SELL DEFECTIVE BULBS!!!!!
