Never knew it was delivered. Tires got stolen
I purchased 4x Ironman iMOVE GEN2 AS tires on 12/31/2023 with 1-3 day shipping. I contacted them the 3rd of January to see what was going on because I didn’t receive any notification of them shipping the tires. On the 6th, They responded back saying that the tires were already delivered on the 2nd. I was never notified that they got delivered let alone shipped the tires. On the 7th, product specialist "Jay-R" says "It takes a special type of person to jump your fence and take 4 tires that probably do not even fit their car. " as in trying to say that I’m lying. Clearly someone has time to take them if I didn’t even know they were delivered 4 days after they were delivered! I am not paying for something I never received. I either would like a refund or a replacement shipped with tracking.
