Well the results were on our website and Facebook. We also emailed out the results the next morning. So keep your nonsense talk for elsewhere.

What a terrible company I wouldn’t recommend if you want to win something I won a gold iPhone it was meant to be gold plated but when I received it the gold was peeling off it took so long to get here and they wanted me to pay for the custom charges!!

Hi Amelio Although not entirely accurate thank you for your review. The iPhone came from Dubai, you were advised it would take 4/5 weeks from the beginning and it stated this in the competition description. You phoned, called and text us every single day asking where your phone was. You did this the day after you won the prize. You didn't only phone the company mobile, you called and harassed our staff on their mobiles to. When You have also been texting day and night asking the same questions to different members of staff. We did our best to make sure that we all answered you And at all times have been polite and courteous. When the phone arrived in the UK and we received the UK Customs charge, we covered the payment. Likewise when we had to change the delivery address, we again covered the payment. You were never liable for this and anything you might have paid was refunded on the same day. The iPhone had a protective film over it, you were told not to remove it for a time. You decided to remove the film against the sellers advice. The other issue was the iPhone that arrived did not have the memory capacity that we stipulated in the competition. So we offered you different options to resolve this: 1. Keep the iPhone you had receive £500 compensation, this would be paid into account on the same day. 2. Keep the phone you had until after Christmas and then receive a brand-new phone with the correct memory and a new protective film. You decided that you wanted to take the £500. This was paid into your account immediately and the matter was resolved. After you had received the money and spent the money you decided to ask for more cash. We told you the matter had been resolved and we would pay no cash compensation. Since then You have continued to call the company and our staff and continuously harass us. Before you sent this Trustpilot you have sent us a Facebook instant message again telling us that you are going to give us bad views. I have a copy of everything you have sent to us including all call logs. We would prefer it if your nuisance calls could now stop. Many thanks JF

Lot of rubbish

They have extended competition timers as they haven't sold sufficient tickets and blaming Facebook for lack of advertising. Lots of advertising or zero advertising you have not stuck to your promise to draw a comp. This issue might be 100% true but not my issue. No offer of refunds either! I had purchased tickets at the start of competition, odds were better for me as comps hadn't sold out. The owner "its not about money, but we need to cover our costs". So it is about money.

Hi Jay Every competition business relies on advertising, even more so competition businesses which are new to the market. The other significant point is that established businesses have organic Sales and if the advertising was down then they still have the community to sell the items. All of our community supported our decision whilst we fixed the issue, we were open and transparent and kept everybody updated and in the loop. We also did not breach our T&Cs and I would refer you to section 11.3 of these in which we have a copy on the website but will put a copy below for your information: 11.3. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so for circumstances out of its control. In such circumstances, the Promoter will refund any entry fees you have paid We did not take the decision lightly and as discussed on Facebook, it was a decision that only extended it into the next week. We will sell the items regardless but at that time we were trying to resolve issues that were outwith our control. If you are actually a member of our site please drop me a line and I will be happy to refund you.
