EASYONLINEBUDGET.COM have been taking money from my account without my authorisation! I noticed a £1 deduction in April, but let it go as a small amount, BUT in May they took £39.47 twice! I contacted them by email as the phone is dead, and was told it was for 'Membership' & that they were valid charges. Membership for what! I have not signed up for anything, received no goods or services? They will not refund the money, so I will have to pursue the issue further, taking up my time and effort. Watch out for there charges and block via the bank straight away!

Actually rate 0. They are scammers. Took £9.95 from my account then a further £39.45. I hadn’t ordered anything or gave them permission Joined the live online chat and no one talks to you. I have contacted the fraud team at my bank

This company need to be stopped I got caught by the scam they got £9.95 with no product ever turning up, I reported my card stolen and I’m glad I did they have tried to take £39.95 4 times. This company is a total scam.

This company snuck in with a £9.95 withdrawal from my current account. They then went on to take £ 39.47 on several occasions before I realised what was going on. I contacted my bank's fraud team, and they blocked the company from any further withdrawals and sent me a new card. I honestly do not know how they got my details?? I now hope I can be refunded by my bank???

Thiefs! Named themselves as Boots, twice robbed me in the amount of £39! Need to contact my bank ASAP because of the "scammers"

Was charged £39.95 by this company, and I'm not sure how it happened. My bank refunded the money. The next month they charged me again! My bank again refunded me. The 3rd month they took another payment, at which point my bank recommended changing my debit card, which I did. I still get a monthly notification saying the payment to the scammers has been declined because I reported my card lost or stolen. They will never give up! They need to be closed down!!

A scam company posing as John Lewis. Claimed to be a John Lewis survey / competition that wanted £1 to be entered. After completing the £1 payment it moved me on to another site to pay extra, I immediately thought this was suspicious and realised the initial payment did not go to John Lewis but to easyonlinebudget.c and after checking on Trustpilot I could see they were going to keep taking payments that I did not authorise. So I contacted my bank and cancelled my card. 6 days later they have tried to take £39.47 out of my account. Luckily it’s been declined. I did contact easy online budgets directly for them to cancel any subscription they had fraudulently signed me up to & to stop taking any further payments that I did not authorise but they did not reply.

This company is scammers and should be closed down !!😡 they took £9.95 after I fell for a garden storage scam from Dunhelm and took a survey still thinking it was Dunhelm then I approved a payment though my bank and authorised a payment for £2 it wasn’t £2 they took £9.95 . I phoned the fraud line to stop my card and issue me with a new one, reading some of your reviews I’ve got off lightly! also notified Dunhelm and they have had many calls about this scam. They have closed it down apparently.
