EasyGo Logistics LLCReviews of easygotransportation.us

Total scam. If I could give negative starts I would. Every bad review is true. If you are reading this because you are thinking to hire them, please don’t. They are a bait and switch company. They give you a low quote, very aggressively make false promises to get you to sign a contract and give a deposit, then when the time comes up for the car pick , at the last minute a bunch of BS excuses, either they don’t have a driver doing the route, and they have been “trying” for days to organize or the truck is broken, or both as it happened to me. Then they miraculously find someone who can do it but is now 4-times the price. They did this on the day of pick up, even though I called and messaged all week and I was told everything was ok. They wait to the last in order to pray on people who have no other alternative than accept the last minute change. This company should be investigated by the federal government and loose whatever license they have.

This company has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any service. EasyGo Logistics lied to me from day one and changed the price at the last possible moment — on the day of pickup, knowing I had a scheduled flight and no time to find another option. I asked multiple times to confirm the cost beforehand, and they still raised the price at the last minute. They arrived three hours late, offered no communication, and immediately pressured me for payment that their website clearly says is not required upfront. Once they had my car in their possession, they threatened to keep it unless I made a “deposit” through an unsecure payment link. This was never disclosed, and their tactic felt manipulative, unethical, and borderline unlawful. Their contract stated delivery in two days, and I am still waiting. They have been unresponsive and continue to push for payment without accountability. This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and uses bait-and-switch tactics to trap customers. I strongly warn anyone considering them: do not trust this company with your vehicle, your time, or your money.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Same story as so many others. Booked months ago paid the $100 reservation. The DAY OF SHIPMENT called me and told me the price went up over double the cost! They are counting on catching you in the middle of a move with no choice. Upon stating I wanted to cancel, same story as others they want to charge an additional $200 cancellation fee! This company is a total ripoff!

DO NOT USE USE COMPANY ! They tried to scam us. We got a quote on Wednesday to transport our vehicle from Georgia to Louisiana on Monday. We paid the deposit and some e was to call next day with details. We'll needless to say we got no call but we called them and got thw run around. We called over the weekend to the same run around. On Mo day we called and was told they are rying to find a driver. When we ask why the detail again the run around. We said to just cancel and thats when thw intimidation started woth the threats. The driver is on the way if you cancel its 200.00 chatge to your card. So now I have get my back involve to stop this FRAUD! THIS BUSINESS IS FULL OF CRAP!

This company are straight thief’s. I highly recommend that you don’t trust them, don’t work with them, don’t get any service by them . Gave me a locked in quote & then day of delivery they called me and told me that the price is gonna be x2 more than they first said & to just give the driver the rest of the money of the new price . Straight retards thinking I’m going to do that . They seriously shouldn’t be a company .

Do NOT give these people your phone number - they will NOT STOP calling and texting you. I shipped my car 3 weeks ago with another company after researching EasyGo and seeing the extremely negative reviews. EasyGo has contacted met at least once a day EVERY day since, despite advising them that I do not need their service, and MULTIPLE requests for them to stop. They are harassing me at this point.

Don’t use this company they quoted me a price and two days later came with a price almost triple. i asked for my money back and they said no. they are thieves plain and simple

Working with Jay has been one of the worst business experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, there was a complete lack of professionalism, honesty, and respect for my time. Promises were made and never kept, communication was either delayed or ignored, and when issues came up, instead of taking responsibility, Jay made excuses and shifted the blame. I run a business that depends on reliability and trust, and unfortunately, Jay showed none of those qualities. Deadlines were missed, commitments were broken, and the entire process was filled with unnecessary stress and frustration. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend staying away from doing any business with Jay. There are plenty of other professionals in this industry who actually respect their clients and deliver on what they promise — Jay is not one of them
