EFX Algo provides structured, rules-based trading technology designed for individuals who want greater clarity, control, and discipline around how capital is deployed. We work with entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors who prefer systems over speculation, and who value transparency, defined risk parameters, and decision-making frameworks over hype or short-term promises.EFX does not take custody of client funds. All trading activity runs inside accounts owned and controlled by the user, with clearly defined rules, visibility into performance data, and the ability to start, pause, or stop at any time. Our focus is not on predicting markets, selling financial advice, or guaranteeing outcomes. Instead, we help clients evaluate whether a rules-based, automated approach fits their goals, risk comfort, and expectations—before relying on it as part of a broader capital strategy.EFX emphasizes education, evaluation, and long-term alignment. Many clients begin with a structured evaluation period to better understand how the technology behaves in live market conditions and whether it belongs in their portfolio. As with all market-based strategies, trading involves risk and is not suitable for everyone. We encourage prospective clients to ask questions, take their time, and make decisions they feel confident standing behind.

I joined EFX Algo in May 2024. Things started off, promising with profits of 3-5% monthly as they advertised. I was thrilled. Not long after that the bot started losing more and more trades and I went from + 30 to 40k of profit to -80 K of drawdown. Max draw down was around 40%, which is ridiculous. Needless to say after a year and a half I decided enough of the pain. I’m pulling the plug. Ended up losing tens of thousands of dollars. I’m kind of embarrassed to say how much I lost. I really had faith in this company. I got delirious from using that compound interest calculator that shows that you can turn 150 K into millions after a couple years with consistent returns. Such a pipe dream! On the Circle app, we used to be able to talk to other members, but once the market went sideways and the bot started losing trades and increasing draw down the company shut that down. EFX posted a monthly letter saying don’t give up the bot is doing what it’s supposed to do and is slowly reducing the draw down, which was total lies. I closed out that account and even gave their new bot XGB eight months of my time and money and that lost money as well. My advice to anyone considering purchasing this algo is to run away as fast as you can. If you’re serious about investing, just do long-term invest investing in the stock market or long-term investing in an index fund of the S&P 500 and you’ll do way better than EFX ever could. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. You’ve been warned!!! Stay away and save your money do not invest in this company. The max draw down of my first account was around 40%, which is ridiculous.

Like so many others I was caught up in the promises, vibe and commitments of EFX. And trusted them with a big investment not even considering they weren't legit, or wouldn't go through with their promises. But it turns out they are half baked. You will pay massive money and not get what you pay for. They don't deal with crisis well, they don't reply to emails promptly, they shut down the circle forum which was a big part of their sale at the start. I like so many others lost piles of money on this, for me it was a total of about 60,000 euros. And this was after more than 12 months of rollercoaster. Not only that but they will also try and sell on their upcoming projects as they know this brand/compony is trash. Oh and their response to me asking for a refund for my 10,000USD investment? Pretending I didn't, it is embarrassing frankly. I am, like many others exploring legal options for getting some of my money back.

I signed up in June 2024. For the first 8 months the returns were good, the drawdowns were manageable, and overall I was really impressed. However, things started to change around January 2025 when drawdowns began increasing into double digits. Then April came—“trump tariff day”—and the algorithm has never really recovered since. For almost six months the drawdowns have been around 45–50%, with the system supposedly “hedging,” but it often seemed to be going the wrong way. Today I finally decided to cut my losses because I honestly don’t see how it can trade its way out of the situation it’s in. At one point I had trades open at both the bottom and the top of the markets on the same pair, and some of those trades had been open since January 2025. On top of that, for some unknown reason I had two trades that were not being managed by Octane. No one has been able to clearly explain how they were opened. One had apparently been partially closed manually, which meant it was no longer managed by Octane. Although EFX say these drawdowns are not “realised losses”—which is technically true until trades are closed—the chances of exiting such a deep drawdown without taking significant losses seem extremely small. I genuinely believe the people behind EFX are well-intentioned and want the best for their clients. However, in my personal opinion the issue lies with the system itself. Long-standing drawdowns can happen in trading, but I feel the system now needs a major overhaul. I have not just lost profits I have also lost capital invested which I know is the risk and the name of the game EFX are trying there hardest to remove my post this will be the 4th time I have wrote it

I bought the OCTANE license Back in August of 24 and it only been bad news ever since. I call three or four times when I first started and was still eligible for the refund however, they always pressured me and said it was gaining 3% to 5% monthly as advertised. They have some weird way to calculate your balance and it is not what you can withdraw. You can only withdraw the equity and there was like a $5000 difference. Bottom line, after two years,I lost the almost $10,000 I paid for OCTANE and another $5,000 from trading losses. I wish I had never heard of these people.

If you are considering EFX Algo/Their bot or are currently running it, read this right now. This bot uses zero real risk management, operates on a dangerous grid/averaging strategy with no stop-losses, and will eventually blow your account. The marketing is entirely false advertising. 4-6% Return per month, what a joke. Definitely false advertising Here is the exact mathematical reality of what this system did to my account: Current status of My account balance over $150,000 and this bot trapped me in over $93,000 of floating drawdown. In the beginning, I had over $200k+ invested, but I started withdrawing some of my equity and im glad i did, because i started noticing a lot of red flags on how the bot was operating It opened massive, unhedged 0.62 and 0.64 lot "Sell" positions on AUD/CAD at the absolute bottom of the market (0.85450) last year april 2025 and completely abandoned them while the market trended over 1,000 pips against me. It did the exact same thing with heavy 0.40 lot "Buy" trades on GBP/USD. Every single one of these trades was bleeding thousands of dollars, and the bot simply refused to cut the losses. It just sat there as my equity evaporated. I couldn't just watch it drain my money. I had to step in manually, take over my account, and actively trade my way out of this massive mess myself just to save the $50k+ in equity I had left. Also Is there currently an active class-action lawsuit against EFX Algo for false advertising and negligence? If anyone is organizing one, please reply to this. There are too many traders sitting in massive drawdowns right now who were sold a "safe" automated system with capital protection and none that is actually true. They need to be held accountable for this. HOW TO DISCONNECT THE BOT (DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LIES): If you contact them, they will tell you that the ONLY way to disconnect the algorithm is to close all of your open positions. This is completely false and is just a deceptive tactic. You do NOT have to close your trades to disconnect the bot. Take back control of your account and save your remaining equity. Do not trust this system. Please let me know, if anyone is doing a class action.

I again wanted to update any who might think this is a good AI program. This is my 3rd and final review. (MARCH 2026) Since January, 2025 this trading bot has been nothing more than horrible. EFX customer service is okay but the bot can't handle huge swings that we have seen since Trump Tariff's of 2025 - My $359K account hit a low of $211K a week ago and I had to get out. It has recovered to $261K but after closing out I will have lost $100,000.00 in trading capital along with paying $10K+ for the bot + another $7,000.00 +/- for their hosting platform. Now did it show that I had made money? Yes my account balance was over $450K at 1 point, but the drawdown hit $200,000.00!??! I have multiple (MORE THAN 10!!) buys and sells that are $15k-$20K in the red- each!!?! I have British Pound trades short at 1.225 when it hit a high of 1.385!! (These are 1-3 full lots in size!!) WHEN THE FLORIDA is the program going to close those out? SHouldn't it have had a protective stop? Anyways - just stay away. program sucks.

Consistent excuses that the volatility we have been seeing during the last year 1. Tarriff's (didn't Trump run on this) 2. War with Iran (Wars unfortunately happen) isn't the type of volatility the bot is programed to take advantage of. So what other volatility isn't it programed to for? After to 2 years, I am almost back to zero earning. A $17k outlay for the bot and a $99 per month fee.
