EFX Algo provides structured, rules-based trading technology designed for individuals who want greater clarity, control, and discipline around how capital is deployed. We work with entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors who prefer systems over speculation, and who value transparency, defined risk parameters, and decision-making frameworks over hype or short-term promises.EFX does not take custody of client funds. All trading activity runs inside accounts owned and controlled by the user, with clearly defined rules, visibility into performance data, and the ability to start, pause, or stop at any time. Our focus is not on predicting markets, selling financial advice, or guaranteeing outcomes. Instead, we help clients evaluate whether a rules-based, automated approach fits their goals, risk comfort, and expectations—before relying on it as part of a broader capital strategy.EFX emphasizes education, evaluation, and long-term alignment. Many clients begin with a structured evaluation period to better understand how the technology behaves in live market conditions and whether it belongs in their portfolio. As with all market-based strategies, trading involves risk and is not suitable for everyone. We encourage prospective clients to ask questions, take their time, and make decisions they feel confident standing behind.

Licensed two trading systems/algos. Closed one after 6 months, the other traded for 18 months. The 6 month one lost 10% of the capital. The 18 month lost 40% of the capital. There system holds on to losing trades and hopes they come back. Not a great experience.

Avoid EFX Algo at All Costs — Expensive Setup, Zero Accountability This a 2nd review for this company because 1st was removed. They claimed they can't find me as ever being their customer, but I have all the supporting docs and emails, so they are obviously lied. I signed up with EFX Algo in April 2024, paying a hefty $7,000 upfront setup fee plus $97/month for their automated Forex bot. For nearly a year, things ran smoothly—returns were decent, and drawdowns stayed within a manageable range. But everything unraveled in April 2025, when Trump’s tariffs triggered major volatility. My account, funded with $40,000, saw an overnight drawdown spike that wiped out a significant portion of my capital. The bot failed to adapt, and instead of protecting or hedging, it kept compounding losses. It briefly recovered, only to crash again in August—this time with no clear explanation. What’s worse, EFX Algo shut down all communication on Circles, the community platform they use for member support. My drawdown ballooned to 41%, and every attempt to reach the company was ignored. At that point, I pulled the plug and withdrew what was left. EFX Algo’s lack of transparency, poor risk controls, and complete silence during critical moments make them unfit for serious traders. Under no circumstances should you sign up. Just read the one-star reviews—I’m far from the only one burned by this.

This is a complete scam. I paid $25k for access, invested a $100k and immediately lost money every month for the last 15 months. At the 90 day trial period I asked for my money back and to get out and no one ever responded. I still can't get a response from any of the emails I write to. This is a complete and utter scam. I will be contacting State regulators shortly.

Current status bad! Bought their software bot in early Feb 2025 and followed all the requirements for funding etc. It never produced a profit. Ok, they made adjustments to account for market changes etc, so I gave it the full year as required to honor the refund policy. Requested a refund in Feb 2026, got automated reply they are getting lots of requests. I am sure they are given no profits to be found. I am ok with loosing money on the investment in the market, but NOT ok with lack of replying and NOT HONORING the refund after a year as they outlined in their own material. I would have never signed up if it were not for the refund of the software/bot fee if it didn't profit at least that amount. Now as others have posted, they seem to be ghosting all customers, phone number points to email and emails don't get human reply. This should certainly be a legal fraud matter at this point. Not because their product didn't make a profit, but for failing to honor refunds and selling software promising support that isn't as described.

I closed all my trades today. Out 7k for Octane, two years of monthly subscriptions and thousands lost in trades. The three guys that sold us with lies all ran away like cowards and continued to charge us to cover their losses. I know you read your sinking reviews. I just want to say you guys destroyed a lot of peoples hopes and dreams and hard earned money.
