I can only repeat the same complaints already listed. Ordered in May 2024 and still nothing. Always the same response - "Thank you for your reply. The freight forwarder confirms that your order is still in transit. The system has not updated the latest shipping information. We have urged them to update it. If we receive an update on your logistics, we will give you feedback. Sorry for the inconvenience" Update: 8/13/24 I received the item, it was a piece of 💩. Even so cheap it came apart in pieces in the shipping bag. I ended up putting it in the trash. Do not waste your time with this company.

This company appears to be fraudulent and I don’t know why Facebook allows them to continue advertising based on all the negative reviews. I placed an order in May and after many inquiries and unsatisfactory responses I still don’t have my order and they say I can’t get my money back since it’s shipped..it’s almost August and I don’t have it. The flowers finally arrived today (July 27th) and they are garbage, they look nothing like the picture in the ad!

After replying to them a few times, parcel is still outstanding. Tracking is not right either. Worst Business I ever dealt with. Probably a Scam. I but it on Facebook to be very careful when dealing with them. I will not rest till I get my money back or my order. Keep you posted on Facebook.

I only give it a one because I can’t give it a zero. Order placed three months ago never received. Email correspondence says they have been in contact with a shipper and I’ve asked to be expedited. Still nothing. I’ve asked him to cancel and no response.

If I could give lower than one star I would. I ordered some fake flowers that looked pretty on the website. They came 2 1/2 months late. When I finally got them, all the flowers had fallen off the fake vines. It was very cheap. I asked them for a refund and they told me to glue it back together. Stay away!

Never arrived. Ordered and paid May 27, got numerous emails "tracking updates" with product leaving Poland, arriving in US, going through customs, etc. Tracking number proved to be bogus. When I attempted to get further information I was given a different tracking number with note that the product was coming from China and I should be patient. 2 months later -- nothing.

Less than 1 if possible. SCAM! Ordered early May, given shipping number, never arrived. No phone number to contact anyone. Customer service is a joke- as others stated. Same image for different names and generic poorly phrased excuses.

The same situation as everyone else. I ordered over 2 months ago and still have not received it. I keep getting the same canned response " We understand your frustration. You will receive it, trust me. We have asked the shipping company to update the tracking info". It arrived in the US on 6/1 and still no updates and still waiting for my order. I would never order from this company again. Time to request a refund from Paypal!
