Subscribers disappeared after 2 days – refill guarantee not honored
Bought 20 YouTube subscribers from this service. The subscribers were initially delivered, but all of them disappeared again within 2 days. The company advertises a 30-day refill/replacement guarantee in their FAQ, so I contacted support. I repeatedly received replies claiming that their “tech team” had initiated the refill process, but even after several more days nothing happened at all. The support responses felt like generic copy-paste messages rather than actual assistance. In the end I paid for a service that effectively delivered nothing. Would not recommend.
