ZERO STARS I bought 1 specific course/program, not all of it. I paid $9.99, so i did not intend signing up for a direct debit of nearly £21.46 a month. I emaild them to say that I had access to all programs and i didn't want that and i didn't want charged monthly. I had no response. The only emails i got back were a couple of emails saying they couldnt collect my susbscription because there was not enough money in my account. As soon as I had left money in my account then they collected. I am lucky that this account is only for internet payments and i can put in whatever i need to. I have emaild them again and asked for a refund, I'll see what happens. If no reply then Ill give another bad review.

Beware! I cancelled my subscription 3 times and they still took the money despite the confirmation of cancellation. I had to raise issue with my bank to get it stopped.

I like that every once in a while they offer a good sale on their tutorials, However, I dislike the way the sneak what they call a "Bonus" which costs you monthly payments after the 7 day trial, without your permission! I recently had this happen to me and if I hadn't caught it I could have been charged monthly after 7 days without even being aware of this. I consider this extremely deceitful tactics and believe people should be warned.
