Nope. Just nope. Eastwood sells things they don't have and charges you. Ten days later, they cancel the order. I haven't seen a refund yet.... I see no reason to ever buy from there again.

Ordered a drill press on a great deal and paid for it. Company charged my credit card and informed me it was on back order but would ship. A week later they cancelled my order. Do not trust them.

Ordered item. Waited along time for item to ship. Guess what? Item was cancelled. Don't waste your time trying to order here.... Wish I had read the reviews on other sites before trying to order!

After an online coupon for free shipping incorrectly marked the cart with free shipping (after entering all shipping info and selecting the shipping where it calculates the cost) then charged for shipping upon PayPal checkout, customer service said over the phone that they would refund the cost of shipping but went back on their word via email and said they would no longer be refunding what they said they would. Not a great situation to be in.

We where looking for a replacment equipment. Upon finding it here we liked what we saw and liked that it said it ships with 7-10 days. Great we ordered in 12-6-23. Checking the order as of 12/29/23 I am told this product does not ship from them but from the manufactor directly. I asked where that was and I am told they dont know but can tell me around 1/6/24 it will ship. So for a month I have to wait for it. No where on the website does it say it ships with vendor or tell where the vendor is. Never again will I order from this company customer service is crappy attitude is its your problem not ours. This company is all about money in my opion by not telling you all the info to make the correct desion on buying a product from them. Very misleading and dishonest.

I ordered paint from this company but never received it so after 5 weeks of not receiving even a shipping notification I emailed them to try and find out why and they emailed me back stating that they don't cancel orders...they never once tried to give me an update on my order and now it's almost 8 weeks and still nothing

Ordered $3,000 worth of shop equipment. Less than 4 hours after placing the order, and days before they shipped it, they lower the price by $100. I requested a refund for the difference or in the alternative cancellation of the unshipped order. Of course they did not reply until days later, and when they did, both requests were denied because of their "policy," which claims that because of their allegedly fast shipping it is impossible to cancel an order after it is placed. Total nonsense. This would have cost Eastwood less than 2% of the order total to make a customer happy, but instead they decided to enforce the literal wording of a policy in a scenario for which it was not intended. I hope Eastwood enjoys the $100 because it was the last dollar they ever get from me. I had to buy a sandblasting cabinet a few weeks later and got it somewhere else.
