I received the items I ordered in a timely manner but needed to return some of them. The return process and the 15% restocking fee is ridiculous. The items hadn't even been opened from the box they were shipped in. I should have just gone with Home Depot or any other store that has a reasonable return policy.

I would give 0 stars if I could... I purchased a pool for the last 2 weeks tracking says it is sitting in their warehouse. When I call, no matter what time of day or how many times, no one answers their phones (customer service and sales). I tried to submit a ticket and the response was "There has been an error processing your request". Guess the only thing working their is the ability to take money from people. Unfortunately I paid with my debit card, instead of with my credit card, so it's going to be harder for me to get my money back. But I plan on writing to the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs and also contacting the NJ Attorney General, since that is where there business is located. TOTAL SCAM... stick w/Amazon, at least you have some degree of getting your money back when you use them.

I ordered a pool on 5/2/2020 and received an order confirmation advising it would be shipping in 5-7 days. I called their Customer service team on 5/15/2020 to track the pool and I was first advised that they were now on back order and didn't know when they would be able to fill the order. I requested to speak to a decision maker and was sent to the "Escalations Department" which basically was a line that hung up on me. I called in a second time and found out that the order was actually CANCELLED ON 5/4/2020!! There was no communication about this. Evidently their system automatically cancelled the order and then NEVER REFUNDED my money. I am now having to go through their "Escalations team" to get a ticket submitted to refund my money for the order that THEY cancelled. BUYER BEWARE! This is not a reputable company!

We ordered an item online 5/4/20 for about $36. We paid an additional $21 to have it delivered “Overnight”. On 5/7 it still had not shipped. When I emailed to inquire, I was told that there’s an additional 1-2 day processing (which is not stated anywhere on their site). It was finally delivered on 5/12 (8 days after ordering). I emailed them a few times to request a refund of the extra shipping and they refused saying that it was delivered on time. No, it wasn’t. I understand that there may be additional processing time, especially during the Covid19 time, but it should be stated and Overnight delivery should not be offered if it isn’t an actual option.

Scammers!!!! Charged for item that was out of stock and never refunded me!!

Poor customer service. Never got the ordered item.

SCAM. Don’t but here I ordered something and called right after it and got the information it will be send the same day and since I ordered it overnight I should have it by Friday or Saturday at least Monday ....now it’s supposed to be Wednesday and I paid extra for overnight. The customer service was the worst the blamed it on me. Never again!!!

This place is a scam, do not place orders with them. I placed an order and paid the extra to get my package in 2 business days and it's now been 7 and I still do not have a conformation number through FedEx to find it. Total BS company. Oh and the review on their site is also fake.
