Bought a watch and it was sent well packed hence one star. That’s all though! Watch had detached seconds hand and broken winder not as photos on auction site. I asked for return/refund but they just fobbed me off with T&C’s. Then then just ignored my emails showing the issue and still are ignoring me. I suggested they improved their photos and descriptions and reviewed the quality of what they consider acceptable for sale. Highly NOT recommended…Pity as most auction houses I have used are professional with good customer service.
