EasemybookingsReviews of easemybookings.com

excellent customer service

I was skeptical as we had never heard of this company before and all other sites were reflecting prices almost twice as much, but it was legit. Winston was on top of it from the beginning and when I told him I would not have access to my email the day of travel which is when the boarding pass was to be printed, he forwarded me the itinerary from the airline in advance to ensure I did not have any issues at the airport when I arrived. I will definitely be using them in the near future for my upcoming trips. Thank you!

Brooks was exceptional efficient in his profession!!! Was very polite, very respectful and super cordial!!! I live on very limited funds, and he was very efficient in helping me to be able to change the flight that was supposed to be for today. Change to Wednesday. Once again I thank you so very much for being such a delightful person to deal with and you be safe and stay well and try not to get sick again I thank you so very much and I appreciate you immensely. Winston was so awesome in finding ne a great rate and being their for my daughter and myself even calling to make sure we made it to our destination and checking on our plans for our return trip due to the winter storm warning. I highly recommend this agency and will keep his phone number in my phone for future trips.
