Worst moving experience EVER!
Worst moving experience I have ever had! Do not use this company! Having experienced multiple successful interstate moves I would NEVER use this company again. This moving company was assigned to us by Safe Ship moving brokers (who I also would not use ever again), who assured us they were licensed and experienced and we would get "white glove" service end-to-end. It wasn't even close to white glove service. They were inexperienced with the type of move we had (large household, crating of some items, storage and interstate move, etc.) and the results reflect that. They stored our items in different locations (even though they said they didn't, but we had tracking devices that showed different locations), some items were exposed to the elements and got wet and ruined. They lost multiple expensive items, or pieces of items that made them unusable, damaged or broke many things, didn't have an accurate inventory of our household goods and said they couldn't give us a copy of what they did have. Their packing was the worst I've seen, which resulted in many heirloom and even some brand new items being damaged or broken beyond repair. They hired supplemental moving crews, and when they were packing our household the two moving crews got into a fight on our driveway. They overworked the crews by driving 4+ hours to our location, packing the household, loading the trucks, and transporting everything back to storage (another 4+ hours) in the same day. When they delivered our items to our brand new home, they damaged the walls and floors which we had to have repaired. The owner told me that he would pay replacement costs for the items they lost, and then went back on his word because he "couldn't afford to pay replacement costs." This was my worst moving experience I've ever had and if you don't want to be disappointed, I would look elsewhere for my moving services.
