Be CONFIDENT in purchasing from DZSTRAD
I am so grateful to James and Jim at DZSTRAD for answering EVERY question I had in detail and trust me there were A LOT of questions. Any other salesperson would have just given up, but James and Jim want every customer to be happy with their purchase! I can't say enough out the company or my purchase! My new violin is just gorgeous and sounds amazing! Please understand I don't EVER give reviews, but I just had to this time because of the quality of service and quality of the instrument. Anyone who says otherwise surely has issues they are putting onto DZSTRAD! I am 62 years old and not an easy sell or a push-over, so I do mean it when I say be certain you will have a great experience with James and Jim at DZSTRAD! Thanks again gentlemen!!

I ordered the cello Model 150 from dzstrad.com and I’m really satisfied with the service and the cello itself. The packaging was well done and it arrived in fine condition. For various reasons of mine I had to contact the seller several times, and each time I got a swift and friendly reply. I can highly recommend the shop!
