The agent that helped with our website David was kind and this review is not based on him but the company. I will never recommend this company to anyone. They will charge you 90% more than any other web building company and on top of that they will keep bringing up extra charges along the way. Am stuck with them, yet to see our website lunch. In all experience. TERRIBLE

What initially attracted me to Dynamo Web Studio was their promise of quality service and a reasonable price. However, upon receiving my credit card statement, I discovered that I had been overcharged by a significant amount, and my attempts to resolve this issue have been met with indifference and negligence. The timeline for the project was another area of concern. Despite being assured that my website would be completed within ten days, I find myself three months into the process with no end in sight. My inquiries for updates have been met with silence, leaving me frustrated and anxious about the fate of my project. As a customer, I value professionalism, clear communication, and reliability. Unfortunately, Dynamo Web Studio has failed to meet even the most basic expectations in these regards. This experience has not only cost me time and money but has also left me with a sense of regret for choosing this company. I urge anyone considering Dynamo Web Studio for their web development needs to proceed with caution. My hope is that my review serves as a cautionary tale, preventing others from falling victim to the same disappointing experience that I have had. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Dynamo Web Studio based on my own unfortunate encounter. I, HOME DECOR N MORE, paid for a professional web theme and design per our design and specifications. We didn't get it. A request for refund was issued 21 Jun 23. We were assured by their staff (via email dated 23 Jun 23) that our request for refund was "formally initiated", and (2) to "anticipate receipt of said refund ($1500) within the next one and a half weeks, considering the standard processing time of 14 business working days". No refund issued. Hence, a complaint was lodged with the FTC, and formal complaint pending with the LA STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS' OFFICE - CONSUMER PROTECTION SECTION. This company is considered a fraud. Strongly Recommend any business or individual considering Dynamo Web Studios for services STRONGLY re-consider at all costs. Thank you.

I received a text stating I contacted them for a website. I did not. They argued with me about how if I worked with them I would be happy. I NEVER contacted them and I told them several times to leave me alone. I received about 3 more contacts from them about creating a website. Again I told them I was not interested. They contact you and try to convince you that you asked for their help and when you try politely to get them to stop bothering you...they persist.

Writing this review to save you from the stress, debt, and absolute horror that was 2022 dealing with them (if there even is more than one person running this scam). If I can save just one person from that, I can move on. This company is not legitimate, and these 5-star reviews I wouldn't believe for a second. If you are reading this, then I recommend just checking out the complaints on BBB and moving on.

A two-month project has taken over 8 months and is still not complete. Communication is lacking, turnaround time for responses and request is too long. They continually come back with additional items that have to be purchased or your website will be shut down and don't give access needed to take care of these things yourself. For example, need DMCA which will cost $500 for them to take care of for you, when you can take care of it yourself for free. Then tell you that your site is out of bandwidth and you will have to pay for more or your site will be shut down. Even though that is not how bandwidth works. I paid for a website development that would be handed over to me to be managed, but they will not provide the details needed to manage it. I would not recommend using this company for anything.

Ron is the master of diversion. This company messed around with me, my website and books for three months plus. When I got mad and demanded my money back due to non-performance, they got all huffy and refused. Despite the fact I have an authenticated email from them claiming they would send a full refund. That's been over a month ago! I got bumpkiss! I have not seen one cent. It makes me curious about the glowing endorsements. They are either made up by close friends or relatives. I have terminal cancer and have been trying to sell my books but these people did not do anything close to getting the website up and running. I am selling, or at least trying to sell books to pay for my medical bills and reduce the stress on my family. These books will sell. IF they ever reach the market. DO NOT RELY ON THESE PEOPLE!! THEIR SOLE INTEREST IS SOAKING YOU FOR MORE MONEY. NOT ACTUALLY DOING WHAT THEY WERE PAID TO DO!! GOOD LUCK! TRYING TO FIND AN HONORABLE PUBLISHER IS VERY, VERY, DARE I SAY, VERY DIFFICULT! TO DATE, THEY HAVE REFUSED TO REFUND MY MOENY AFTER THEY AGREED TO!! YOU HAVE MY SYMPATHY IF YOU TRY TO DEAL WITH THEM!!
