Not Impressed, Hoped for Better
We ordered this off of Amazon. We were a little worried because Amazon's Beta version of "Reviewer Checker" had an adjusted rating of 2.5 stars. But we did it anyway. We are very, very disappointed. Estimated deliver was set for a five to eight day window. The sauna was ordered 2 1/2 weeks ago (at the time of this review) and it still isn't here. We contacted the Custom Companies shipping, and it's been sitting at a warehouse in Illinois for over a week. We contacted the seller via Amazon and they said we should hear something in a few days. Still nothing. This is an extremely unpleasant experience especially when you spend as much as you do on the sauna. We won't recommend.
