Crap shoes fail after 2 months light usage junk

Emailed customer service after the shoes I bought went on sale for quite a bit less the day after I got them. They refused to help with refunding the price difference. They weren't even nice about it...kinda jerks in the customer service department. Not a good way to keep customers. I'll shop elsewhere in the future now that I know they don't care about customers.

Don't order through DVS at all. They'll take your money, mail items to wrong address, then won't reply to customer service emails

I Love DVS shoes Amazing delivery speed to Canada DVS shoes are the most comfortable shoes I've even owned. Excellent quality production. With proper care DVS can Shoes last many, many years. If the offered higher discounts for older model shoes, I'd move from 4 stars to 5.

After having an absolutely awful experience with Journeys, I went to DVS Shoes directly. Ordering experience was easy & my goods were shipped quickly. Shoes are comfortable and they don't blow up your email with advertisements.
