Update Dec 24, 2025. We did receive a package, but it does not look like what appears in the ad. Ordered size adult - medium. Recd. a shirt to fit a third grader, not sure what size it is. FIRST POST: Yep, looks like the wife got scammed. Ordered a sweat shirt Nov. 23. Update Nov. 28 says there will be a slight delay. It is now Dec 20 and no product. SF International shipping shows it left China, cleared customs and laid around Dallas for 7 days. Now shows in Pilot Point, TX where I live, for days, no change. I think Duval and SF are both in on the scam. Having a tracking number does not mean anything shipped. Chat msg and Emails receive no answer.

Le gros problème: j'ai communiqué avec eux pour faire un retour de l'achat à plusieurs reprises et je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Il affiche une politique de retour mais il ne l'applique pas. Sur facebook, tes commentaires disparaissent automatiquement. De plus rien n'indique sur leur site que ces vetements viennent de Chine. Ils ont un bon marketing, sur le site les photos sont belles. Donc je ne recommande pas des achats avec cette compagnie.

I wouldn't even give this company a one star. The item I order was a polo shirt. Poorly constructed. Cheap material. Would not recommend to anyone. Took two weeks to get the item. Apparently, came from China. Do not buy from them.

How can I sue this company>

This is a scam. Merchandise look professionally done when you look at the outfits the company advertised online...the merchandise is cheaply made and have so many imperfections to go into detail. Please beware, and do not purchase from this company. If you purchase with a credit card and try to dispute your charges, they will rebuttal so keep all your emails, copy of phone call attempts, and copy of chat communication if any. And submit to your credit card company to show they are not responding to any requests concerning returns. I say again, PLEASE BEWARE. PRODUCTS ARE SUBPAR! The 5 star reviews,in my opinion, are from Duvalfits and not actual customers! DO NOT BUY!!!

I had a similar experience to the other 1-star reviews. I placed an order on 10/9 and received a tracking number on 10/11. Then, on 10/14, I got an email stating the order was delayeddespite it supposedly having already shipped. That email also promised an additional item as compensation. On 10/22, I received another shipping notice. I followed up on 10/29 but never received a response.The package arrived on 11/4, along with a bill for shippingdespite the order clearly stating shipping was free. The items were disappointing: poor-quality material, not wrinkle-free, and inaccurate sizing. I requested a refund the same day, per their instructions, which stated Id receive an RMA within 5 days. Ive yet to hear back. Ive also tried calling, but no one answers.I do not recommend purchasing from this company. *** filed a dispute with my credit card provider. 12/1/2025 - No response from that company and CC refunded my money

A very big scammer! The quality of the clothes was a joke! Never could speak to someone in customer service. Phone number does not work. Customer service does not work. Email, no one ever returned my concerns. I returned the clothes to the return address. Never received a refund. Don't waste your money!! Scammers!!

If only I had checked the reviews, I mostly wouldn't have fallen for the scam. I ordered a pair of pants and top from this horrible company, only to receive some cheap knock-off! I have tried unsuccessfully to contact them so the fake, cheap items can be returned but they never respond to emails. Their phone number doesn't work either. This company should be investigated by the Feds. They are just out there scamming the unsuspecting public. DO NOT BUY FROM DUVAL FITS! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!
