DUVALReviews of duvalfits.com

The items do not fit. I have tried over and over to contact customer service with no response. Their phone number always comes up as "failed". I have started a dispute with my credit card company.

Une qualité des vêtements très très très médiocre un mail pour un éventuel retour et remboursement jamais eu de réponse c’est un site à fuir n’achetez jamais de la faites attention je me suis bien fait avoir

Well I ordered a set of polo shirt and pants I ordered 3xl and the shirt was 3xl but the pants I couldn't get them on ,and they said I would get a free T-shirt for the being delayed and that was not with the order and it's not worth the money I payed.

I try to return the items since 09/26/2025 after 10 emails over a three months period. They don't answer the phone and now I'm trying to get the credit card company involved. Don't buy from this company.

Zero customer service. I have yet to receive email regarding shipping. Should have read the reviews!! Never again Duval! Cancelling order ASAP
