Terrible company, clothes arrived 4 weeks later despite being cancelled the day after I ordered. Told I can return if I pay postage but warned me if they don't arrive I won't get a refund. In other words I'm not getting a refund! Quality is terrible, customer service is terrible. DO NOT USE BUY ANYTHING!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE ! I placed an order for two t shirts and two pull overs ! When the package arrived i found the complete opposite of what was in the picture when I placed the order! Complete garbage the one pull over fell apart in the washer and the other will be burnt in my fire pit ! Paid a good chunk of change for complete garbage ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE and you can not get in touch with any reps from this place

I purchased a men's shirt on 7-12-23 and canceled the same day before the item was processed via email. I was told the order was cancelled and my money would be refunded. 17 days later still no refund. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. I have received multiple emails stating the refund was processed. Fraudulent

Disgusting customer service by Stephanie she has lied to me about refunding my £100 and now not answering any emails the clothes are rubbish and not worth the money, I wish I had of read the bad reviews before wasting my money

Polo Suit, Poor finishing on sewing on zip collar. Cheaply made. Very Thin see through material. The polo suit Looks nothing like the quality in the Pictures online. Will I buy from here again? NO. Value for money ?NO. Wouldn’t even pay £5 for the polo suit in a store…… never mind paying £40 after being a reduced item. Over priced. Poor quality took Two weeks to arrive. Read the other reviews they repeat exactly what I have experienced buying this product. This is a verified trust pilot member. Goes under mystic hub?
