SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! This company clearing scams people out of their money. Do not tell them you are issuing a cash back in communications because they will respond to you. If you email them, communicate that you haven’t received the item yet and you a requesting a refund. This company will do anything to cheat you of your money. When I communicating I was requesting a cash back, they told me I needed to receive the item and pay for shipping back to them— which will probably cost more than the product itself. I have received no tracking number indicating the product has been shipped and it’s been months! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! Do not purchase here

Wish I would have read the reviews prior to placing an order. I placed an order 31 October 2023 $200 to date I have not received my order. I’ve tried contacting them no response. Trying to get a refund no response. Do not order from them

My 13 year old son bought a hoodie from this company. When it finally arrived it was the most appalling quality. man made thin, cheap fabric and not at all as described. According to their website, you need to receive instructions via email to return an item. Surprise surprise they are not replying to any emails and there is no other way to contact them. What a scam. Awful

I ordered 14 items ($400 worth) and they only sent me 3 items. The items shipped for China so took months. My bank wouldn't give me a refund. I do not recommend buying from them because their goods are very bad, not as advertised, and of poor quality. I bought two pajamas from them and was shocked by the poor quality of what I received. When I wrote to them. They told me they couldn't afford to return costs . and that I would have to pay the costs. This means that I will pay the costs of returning him from Germany to America

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE SCAMMING THEIVES!!!!!! We are based in South Africa and my boyfriend ordered clothes over 7 months ago, which have not been received. I had sent numerous emails to DuvalFits explaining that the clothes have not been received, in which case they promised us a refund. It has been almost 3 months since their promise and all we get back is computer generated emails. I think it appalling that they feel they can get away with TAKING customers monies and not even have the decency to have a HUMAN BEING respond to our emails, especially to that of overseas customers. BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM DUVALFITS, THINK CAREFULLY IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO THROW MONEY AWAY, BECAUSE THEY ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO TAKE IT!!!!

No communication at all. My order has not shown up and there is is no effort at all at communication when I inquire. It's been 30 days. They have my money...and I have zero. I will report this as Fraud to my credit card company.

Don't waste your time. Material is stretchy. Looks like the theme of design was a photo prop on the clothing. Stitching was off. Sent me wrong size. Will not respond to my emails to fix it. They rather beat you out of your money 1 time than do business with you consistently. First and last time doing business with a Chinese company. Thank you for showing me the way.
