Start by actually displaying what the actual product looks like. Stop using photoshopped or AI images of clothing. I ordered an extra large. It looks like an extra large for a child. Absolute rubbish clothing. Do not order anything from there website.

I ordered 2 outfits in December,2025. Received 1 in February, 2026 from China(?). I have tried to contact this company weekly regarding the other outfit with no response as of April 21,2026. I want my money back!

I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I’ve tried to return items and have yet to get the return information from their support department. It’s been over two weeks. No reply to emails to daily emails. I found that their clothing material was poor quality and their customer service is nonexistent.

I am sorry that I trusted you and made an online purchase and I did not think that you would treat customers so irresponsibly. I am waiting for your information to return the clothes.

Poor Chinese quality. I'm asking for a full refund.

I purchased clothing from Duval Fits and later returned the item according to the company’s return instructions because it did not fit. The company confirmed that a full refund would be issued after the return was processed. The returned item was delivered and confirmed received. More than 60 days have passed and I have not received the refund. I have attempted multiple times to resolve this matter directly with the company and most recently sent a formal written request for refund. Despite receiving confirmation that my request was received, no refund has been issued.
