Havnt received package yet, tracked ot to my city and then it left to be returned to sender. I emailed multiple times to figure out what is going on with no response but they love to send me coupons and deals to buy more. This has been many weeks now and I am frustrated to say the least.

This company is a rip off. Ordered some items and they canceled it and said that they have refunded me back the money and when i checked they charged me twice. They are not responding to the emails and the phone number they provide is a fake number.

This company is a total scam. Falsely charged my card for an order. I didn’t place have not delivered the original order and phone number is disconnected. Absolute scam.

Items DO NOT look like they do as pictured. Items DO NOT fit as they state. Items ARE NOT of good quality. Company DOES NOT respond re: returns. Oh... and you can get the same stuff on Amazon (NOT from Duval) within a few days AND return for all the above reasons listed.

I ordered in May 2024, I have yet to receive my order. I’ve emailed them twice. I was trying to it to think they’re a scam. It is now July and two emails later, they say it’s on its way or backed up in production. I’m going to call my bank.

I should have checked the reviews first, so shame on me. I ordered and it took about a month to arrive. Outfits look great in the pictures, but I’m not in love with the quality. Now they have arrived and they are too small (items run small). I sent an email to request a refund last week and got what appears to be an auto response from support saying they received my email. Now a week later today, I sent another follow up email about return/refund process. So I’m still waiting for a response. Please don’t order anything from them. You’d be better finding someone to make the item for you.

It's a scam, don't believe all these 5 star ratings, notice they all have only have 1 or 2 review and its only for Duval...

You have taken my money and not supplied the good that I’ve ordered
