A fuir absolument . Une plainte va être déposée .

Once I clicked on “send” my payment that is, I never heard from them again. Working with my bank to get a refund on the charge; I believe I’m protected. But I really thought maybe it was just a glitch, as the web site looks legit, and the clothing cool. Luckily I checked here first. You will be sorry it you try to do business with Duval Fits. They are stealing from us!

If I could put a zero I would. Don’t buy from this company. It’s a complete ripoff. And good luck getting a refund or return. They don’t answer their phone or emails. They should be shut down!

Terrible comms, the items arrived after 3 weeks, I ordered 3XL and they were at best XL and of poor quality. I now have to return them at my cost. Absolute waste of time and money AVIOD AT ALL COSTS

Placed an order, never received email confirmation but got tracking info via text that hasn't changed in a week. No one replies to any of the emails I've sent, yet I'm being bombarded by marketing emails! Clearly a scam company.

The pants didn't fit properly and I wanted to do an exchange. I was duped! The return fees were higher than the cost of the pants because they were from Europe! This is why we should be so careful to check out a company advertised on Instagram. The package took 5 weeks to get here and they said they couldn't exchange without paying more for a return fee. Otherwise they've promised to refund 20%. A rip off, and we'll see if that ever happens!
