advertised I would receive a tracking number I have not. Its been almost a month since ordering and I have not received anything!

Don't trust these "people" Don't trust these "people", the only certainty you will have will be the charge on your credit card, you will no longer have reliable information about your purchase but only summary explanations and proposals for discounts on further purchases. To be avoided with care.

Absolutely WORST customer service. Claims refund and exchange policy but will not follow through with either and then ghosts the customer. I have wasted my money on a cheap product that cannot be used without the ability to get my money back!! SO frustrated and angry. I have 32 emails to demonstrate the customer service lies.

Habe bestellt und aufgrund von Erfahrungsberichten kurze Zeit später storniert. Via Paypal um Rückzahlung gebeten, diese wurde mir auch zugesagt. Allerdings habe ich von den Verkäufern Mystic Hub nie etwas zurückbekommen, erst als Paypal sich eingeschalten hat wurde mir mein Geld zurückgegeben, fernhalten.

Been 2 weeks since I ordered and haven't received 2 outfits. Avoid this company at all cost. Going to contact the Florida Better Business Bureau and Better Business Bureau.

Sizes way too small customer service number does not work when you try to get a return address to send purchase back . I should have researched them the material is NOT cotton total scam !!!!

Order placed June 15. Have contacted them, was told my order was in transit. I still have yet to receive my order. Of course, the $$ (80$) was immediately taken out of my account, but to date have yet to receive anything including any follow up emails. I HATE being scammed!!!

I ordered pants from Vivienne Duvall on May 21st . They sent a tracking number, but when I tried to contact them they told me they have been shipped. Today I can’t even get into the sight because hopefully it’s been removed & no one else will get scammed! I would like a refund , but is this possible?
