STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If I could rate this a zero star, I would. The quality of the items I received are nowhere near what you'd expect from the description or "reviews" from people in the comments on the Facebook Ads. Quite clearly these are fake reviews, and this is verified online as having fake reviews. Incredibly cheap looking and, not comfortable at all and just an all round "cheap" looking outfits. Took ages to arrive. This was not made clear until after you purchase that it can take a few weeks. You have to go looking in to the small print to find out about shipping terms and they DO NOT HAVE A FREE RETURNS POLICY. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. Think about this when returning to USA especially as its done on weight. I bought several outfits in different sizes to try on, knowing I would return half the order possibly, and at no point was I made aware that I have to cover shipping costs. If I had, I would not have even ordered anything. There is no "simple" returns policy. There is no return slip that comes in the packagings, you have to email info @duvalfits.com to initiate a return. I have emailed them and been trying this for over 2 weeks now, and I have had NO REPLY. Supposedly there is a 60 day guaranteed returns policy, AT YOUR OWN COST WHICH THEY DO NOT HIGHLIGHT, however, if they don't respond to your emails, how can you make a return? Shoddy cheap looking products!!! Atrocious/non existent customer service. Highly likely a scam company. STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY,

This is a scam company do not buy. Purchased three outfits never received my order and then emailed them never got a response back. Do not buy from here just throwing them your hard earned money for nothing.

Leider kann ich die unzähligen Bewrtungen nur bestätigen. Qualitativ sehr schlechtes Material und noch schlechter verarbeitet. Reißverschlüsse funktionieren nur spärlich. Hab die Sachen in den Müll geworfen nachem eh schon zu lesen war das die Rücksendungen sowie die Rückerstattung nicht klappen. Auch das die Werbung dem original das geliefert wird nicht ansatzweise entspricht was die Druckqualität betrifft ist korrekt. Kurz gesagt, nicht empfehlenswert, Finger weg!

It's been 5 weeks and I still haven't received my order. They told me it was being delayed because of large orders, then they told me that the order came in and they're going to ship it out and that was over a week ago. They still haven't shipped it out. Try to call customer service and I still haven't heard back so I'm going to cancel my payment. This is why I only use a credit card through paypal, PayPal won't do anything and that's fine because my credit card company will so use your credit card when paying through PayPal

Ordered an XL, it arrived 3 weeks later. It was to small. Paid for shipping to return to an address that customer service gave me in Tallahassee, Florida. Said they provide exchanges to upsize your order. Over a month now, parcel says it was delivered to said address in Florida. I don't know if they recieved, keep reaching out but no answer. Horrible service. Waste of money. Very upset.

I should have come here first. Shirt way too small, just want a bigger one. 6 emails and messages. Phone number is fake, chat never answers, and no return emails. Why Suckerberberg let's them continue on Facebook is beyond me. Run, don't walk away from this Chinese Company. They try to look European and American, but it's another China rip off.
