Scam stay away . Never received my order . No way to contact them

ATTENTION !!!!! Hi all, I am not the person who leaving a reviews, but this company needs to go to hell. Even 1 star is too much.... Reasons: No right Items sent, not right size sent, poor communication, no responses. I lost my $200 with them. STAY AWAY FROM THAT PIECE OF CRAP !!!!!!!!!!! Please read all reviews before buying anything from them. They have nice listed pictures, but quality........

Wack ass company!!! First, I bought two sweatsuits at the beginning of December for a gift to my son. The sweatsuits came three days after Christmas. Secondly, the suits were too small so I wanted to return them for a larger size. I tried to contact them and filled out the request form 4 times and I still haven’t received any messages from them. Screw this company! I chalked it up as a lost but buyer beware, DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

My experience with Duval is the worst am Still waiting for a response since last year Dec 6, 2024 It's now january 17th 2025. I received my sweatsuit two weeks after the date. And received the product for it to be way to small. All i wanted was a bigger size but they still haven't respond to me in email SMH!!! FYI: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!

Really wish I had read up on the reviews before purchasing from this company. I have been requesting a return and refund since December and have not received one response despite emailing multiple times and within the required period for refunds. Not only massively disappointing, but bloody frustrating. There's enough scam artists in this world without a company like this adding to them.

I’ve been asking for a return authorization via email the social Media via any which way and all I keep getting is the runaround. Nobody contacts me nobody reaches back out to me. Everybody asked me for all the information from order number and then ask for the return order number that I sent them which I never received Overall poor poor poor

I recently purchased a suit from this company, and I deeply regret it. The suit I received was nothing like what I expected, and the quality was very disappointing. Their website clearly states a 45-day return policy with a full refund, but when I tried to contact them to process the return, I got no response at all. I emailed, and even tried reaching out through social media—nothing! This company’s customer service is completely non-existent, and their return policy is a scam. If you value your time and money, stay far away from this company! I wish I had read more reviews before buying.
