I ordered a man's walking suit. It was suppose to be dressy. When I received it. The pants looked like jogging suit pants. My man doesn't wear mess like that. I told them I was returning the item and I did but now they will not refund my money. That was on February 2025. I will never buy anything from Duval again. They stole my money and kept the cheap outfit. This started in December 2024. It took 6 weeks before I received my order.

Tried to cancel and never got a response to emails or text. I also order 2XL and got the 2xl must be for a small Chinese person. They are WAY too smal.

This company is just a bunch of thieves and scammers. If I had known about it before ordering, I wouldn't have ordered from them. But they don't even deserve a single star. This is the worst company I've ever ordered from. They're just a bunch of thieves and nothing more.

Never received my order. I wish I had read the reviews on this dreadful company before I parted with my hard earned money. I have sent emails to them and never had a reply is this a fake company? I’m surprised FB are still allowing them to advertise goods that never arrive. I will now contact my credit card company and see what happens next. Very sad and disappointing.
