I purchased a shape wear item at the end of April and decided to return it because I wasn't satisfied with the time it was going to take to put it on every day. I dropped it off at post office on May 1 and until now (May 16) I have received no correspondence regarding my return, though I have sent 3 emails! I have received the generic "Hi Family! blah blah blah" email that asks for my patience for 24-48 hours. That time and then some has passed! The shipping status still shows "delivery attempted" and for me to reschedule delivery or package will be returned to sender (that's me!). I thought I was dealing with a reputable company 😕 I don't have the product so all I want is for someone at the business to process the package so I can get my refund and move on. Is that too much to ask for...seriously?

Went back to check my order status. They said I never made an order after buying 2 outfits. And they charged my card. No response from emails and a constant busy signal from the number given. Fb should be ashamed and sued for letting this site scam its users.

They charged my card a month ago, and I still haven't received the product. Customer service has not acknowledged my messages.
