I ordered one outfit just to check the quality..thank god for that! The minute I received it & opened it up I was ready to return it for a refund but of course its no way of doing that wit this company! Buyer beware..

As others have commented, the quality of the clothing is poor and far from luxury as the company advertises. The clothing worn by the models are very deceiving. The clothes do not contain tags with care instructions, which is suspect. It took three weeks to get the items I purchased. I would like to send them back, but I don’t want to be bothered with the aggravation for doing so. I actually had to reach out to the company regarding status when I noticed it was taking so long to receive the items purchased. They said they would send a free t-shirt for the inconvenience and a deep discount on my next purchase. I didn’t receive a free t-shirt and I have no plans to make a future purchase. I really wish I would have searched reviews before making the purchase. I wouldn’t have wasted my time or money. I definitely would not recommend anyone by anything from this company. Save your money and buy elsewhere…

Cheap material, patterns doesn’t even look the same! Can’t believe I paid the price I did for something I could of get better from shein for a 1/5 of the price. Delivery was horribly long, tried to cancel the order since this was ordered a month before our vacation and didn’t arrive on time but couldn’t get an answer from them!!

2 months have went by I follow the return policy because the denim jacket I order runs small so I sent it back and ask for a XL It’s been 2 month since I sent it back and no one has reach out to me . No one hasn’t even reimbursed me. This company hasn’t no customer service can’t even speak to anyone directly they are horrible I’m so upset I just lost $50 plus the shipping money I spent to send it back !

Website described luxury quality polo suits far from the truth. This is a cheap costume. Very thin material no quality, size that’s not match and refuse to get refund as the website described. If you’re unhappy refund will be issued reached out to the company receive an automatic email stating they will look into this. Haven’t heard anything from this company since I requested a refund and return this fake polo outfit, haven’t received refund or a real response. This is a scam. Beware do not order anything from this company. I continue to receive promotional emails, but nothing about my refund. The website, ensure you if unhappy, they will refund your money. Prior to receiving my order I got updates on my order. When asked for a refund there’s just silence.

I ordered an outfit, I was not happy with the quality of the the clothing and sent email to get a refund on the day I received the items and I have yet to get a response th is was on July 18th 2025. Don't shop this site!

Ordered 100.00 worth of product and received nothing. Cannot get a response from the company. What a scam.
